2.Working principle and operation method of oxygen generator

Working principle:

With air as raw material, the adsorption performance of molecular sieve is adopted. Through physical principle, nitrogen in air is separated from oxygen by large discharge oil-free compressor, and high concentration oxygen is obtained.Method of operation:

(1) turn on the power supply, the power indicator lights up, the digital displaymeter displays the current voltage and current, turns on the oxygen makingswitch, the working indicator lights up, and the oxygen generator starts to work (2) Adjust the "oxygen flow meter" knob so that the oxygen flow rate in thecorresponding flow scale.

(3) When the machine is shut down, press the "oxygen-making switch ", theequipment stops working and the power is cut off。

2.制氧機工作原理及操作方法

工作原理：

以空氣為原料，考察了分子篩的吸附性能采用。根據(jù)物理原理，空氣中的氮和氧是通過大排量無油壓縮機，獲得高濃度氧氣。

操作方法：

（1） 打開電源，電源指示燈亮，數(shù)字顯示儀表顯示當前電壓和電流，開啟制氧開關，工作指示燈亮，制氧機開始工作

（2） 調(diào)節(jié)“氧氣流量計"旋鈕，使空氣中的氧氣流速相應的流量刻度。

（3） 當機器關閉時，按下“制氧開關"按鈕設備停止工作，電源切斷

3. Notes

3.5 Persons not authorized by the Company shall not remove the enclosure! 3.6 Select the most convenient room for an indoor oxygen generator, which canbe easily moved from room to room by casters.

3.7 Oxygen generators shall not be placed in an air-blocking environment.Oxygen machine should be placed in indoor ventilation, and avoid direct sunlight,all sides from walls, furniture and other analogs more than 10 cm. Avoid piles ofcarpets, heaters, electric heaters or hot air ventilation.

3.8 The oxygen generator can not be placed in a narrow range. 3.9 Oxygen generators shall not be placed in environments where heat sourcesａnd sources of light and dark fire are near, wet, unobstructed, smoky andcontaminated, and where temperatures are too high or too low. 3.10 Oxygen generators should avoid being placed in contaminants or fumes. Nosundries and water and oil containers shall be placed on the top of the oxygengenerator.

3.11 It is forbidden to place any debris at the bottom of the oxygen generator andto place the machine on a soft surface that causes tilt or sink (such as bed, sofa).Prevent inlet and outlet blockage from causing excessive temperature andresulting in shutdown or oxygen concentration decline.

3.12 Oxygen generator should be far away from flammable and explosiveoccasions. Oxygen is a combustible gas. Do not smoke when using, and awayfrom matches, burning cigarettes and other combustible sources. Textiles andother normally non-combustible materials are easily ignited and strongly burnedin oxygen-rich air. Neg lec ence of this warning may result in serious fire , propertyloss , and personal injury or death .

3.注意事項

3.1觸電危險。不要拆卸機器。請有資格維修人員進行維修。請閱讀以下內(nèi)容操作產(chǎn)品前請小心。

3.2在運輸過程中，為防止損壞，氧氣發(fā)生器應垂直放置，不得倒置。

3.3如果電源電壓不穩(wěn)定，超過~220 V±22 V范圍，請安裝電壓調(diào)節(jié)器，然后使用！

3.4請選擇安全合格的插座和安全接線板

3.5未經(jīng)公司的人員不得拆除外殼！

3.8制氧機不能放置在狹窄的范圍內(nèi)。

把機器放在柔軟的表面上，使機器傾斜或下沉（如床、沙發(fā)）。防止進出口堵塞造成溫度過高和導致停機或氧濃度下降。

3.12制氧機應遠離易燃易爆物品場合。氧氣是一種可燃氣體。使用時請勿吸煙，請遠離來自火柴、燃燒的香煙和其他可燃物。紡織品和其他通常不可燃的材料容易點燃和強烈燃燒在富氧空氣中。不遵守這一警告可能導致嚴重火災、財產(chǎn)損失損失、人身傷害或死亡。
