析浦GFP EGFP藍(lán)光手電筒GFPfinder又叫熒光蛋白激發(fā)燈、熒光蛋白觀察鏡、GFP激發(fā)光源、熒光蛋白觀測手電筒，這種便攜式綠色熒光蛋白，紅色熒光蛋白激發(fā)led光源，采用多顆大功率led光源，手電筒式設(shè)計，電池供電，照射面積大，光斑均勻，能夠激發(fā)綠色熒光蛋白(GFP)，紅色熒光蛋白的熒光（dsred），被用于研究所、高校等生物研究部門。

GFPfinder熒光蛋白激發(fā)光源轉(zhuǎn)基因生物觀察光源除了可用于篩選轉(zhuǎn)基因生物外，還可以用于樣本的預(yù)篩選、輔助解剖、用于珊瑚研究等，激發(fā)光源（手電筒狀）和濾光鏡（熒光觀察眼鏡）,激發(fā)光源照射含綠色熒光蛋白（GFP）生物，可激發(fā)出綠色熒光，濾光鏡擋住所有反射光，只允許綠色熒光通過；激發(fā)光源激發(fā)紅色熒光時，用紅色濾光鏡觀測，可檢測含紅色熒光蛋白（DsRed）的生物。用于檢測、篩選轉(zhuǎn)綠色熒光蛋白（GFP）基因的植物、動物及微生物，如水稻、玉米、斑馬魚、小鼠、細(xì)菌、真菌等，小巧、攜帶方便的熒光檢測裝置，無需底物顯色，就可輕松檢測轉(zhuǎn)基因生物。
