設備原理：BJT酸霧凈化塔對于腐蝕性氣體（如酸、堿性廢氣）的治理，目前多采用液體吸收法治理。采用液體吸收法治理該廢氣，關鍵在于凈化設備的選擇。目前，我公司自主開發(fā)了凈化效率高、操作管理簡單、使用壽命長的酸、堿性廢氣凈化工藝與設備。該工藝與產(chǎn)品具有結構簡單、能耗低、凈化效率高和適用范圍廣的特點，能有效去除氣體（HCl）、氟化氫氣體（HF）、氨氣（NH3）、硫酸霧（H2SO4）、鉻酸霧（CrO3）、氰氫酸氣體（HCN）、堿蒸氣（NaOH）、硫化氫氣體（H2S）、福爾馬林（HCHO）等水溶性氣體。酸霧廢氣由風管引入凈化塔，經(jīng)過填料層，廢氣與氫氧化鈉吸收液進行氣液兩相充分接觸吸收中和反應，酸霧廢氣經(jīng)過凈化后，再經(jīng)除霧板脫水除霧后由風機排入大氣。吸收液在塔底經(jīng)水泵增壓后在塔頂噴淋而下，最后回流至塔底循環(huán)使用。凈化后的酸霧廢氣達到廣東省地方排放標準的排放要求，低于國家排放標準。

     設備特點:本設備采用填料塔對廢氣進行凈化，適合于連續(xù)和間歇排放廢氣的治理；工藝簡單，管理、操作及維修相當方便簡潔，不會對車間的生產(chǎn)造成任何影響；適用范圍廣，可同時凈化多種污染物；壓降較低，操作彈性大，且具有很好的除霧性能；塔體可根據(jù)實際情況采用FRP/PP/PVC等材料制作；填料采用高效、低阻的鮑爾環(huán)，可地去除氣體中的異味、有害物質等。

      結構形式：本設備分單塔體和雙塔體。采用圓形塔體，用法蘭分段聯(lián)接而成。具體由貯液箱、塔體、進風段、噴淋層、填料層、旋流除霧層、出風錐帽、觀檢孔等組成。

      應用場合：本工藝和設備可廣泛應用于化工、電子、冶金、電鍍、紡織(化纖)、食品、機械制造等行業(yè)過程中排放的酸、堿性廢氣的凈化處理。如調味食品、制酸、酸洗、電鍍、電解、蓄電池等。
