產(chǎn)品用途涂層附著力測(cè)試儀 
為滿意的涂裝質(zhì)量，涂層粘結(jié)在被涂裝的底材上。有三種不同的附著力測(cè)試方法來(lái)評(píng)估涂層在底材上剝落的能力。劃格試驗(yàn)又被稱為劃格法，使用刀片切割涂層至底材。至少以 90° 夾角十字切割兩次，得到一個(gè)直角格子圖案。觀察十字切割區(qū)域是否有脫漆現(xiàn)象。第二種涂層附著力測(cè)試方法使用針型劃針或環(huán)型劃針，在被測(cè)涂層上逐漸加大作用力，直至涂層剝離底材。第三種方法稱為拉開(kāi)法附著力試驗(yàn)，測(cè)量將涂層從底材上拉脫下來(lái)的拉張應(yīng)力大小。將膠粘柱塊粘合到涂層表面，在粘合劑固化后，將膠粘柱塊連接到載荷夾具。在垂直方向上逐漸增加張力，直至膠粘柱塊下方的涂層從底材上分離。記錄下導(dǎo)致涂層脫離所需力的。

Features

The Hoffman Scratch Hardness Tester was developed for the comparative evaluation of scratch resistance and adhesion of many types of coatings.

Procedure

To operate, attach riders to the scale arm at the numbered positions. The carriage is held down firmly by hａnd and moved in the opposite direction, to cause a trailing scratch. The large standard rider loads 100 g per division, while the small rider loads 25 g per division. This small rider may be used for making low-range measurements involving small increments of pressure, or it may serve as a vernier with the large rider in making more precise medium-range measurements.

Scratch Hardness
The force necessary to cut through the film to the substrate.

Adhesion
The force required to scrape a path through the film, when the stylus begins its motion on an uncoated portion of the panel.
